Releasing Items from Reservation

Introduction

This topic explains the procedure of releasing items from a reservation.

Steps to Release an Item from a Reservation

1. Click the burger menu.

   

2. Click RESERVATIONS.

   

3. Search for the order using any of the following methods:

   1. Enter any of the following criteria in the search box:

      

      1. name: Enter the customer’s name.
      2. category: Enter the reservation cart status (Open, Closed, or Partially Closed).
      3. upc: Enter the item’s UPC.
      4. id: Enter the order id.

   2. Scan the item barcode.

      

   3. Apply the filters based on the category.

   

4. Select the order number from the list.

   

5. Click Fast Release on the bottom bar.

   

6. Click the red button on the upper-right corner.

   

7. Click Done to complete the item release.
