Updating an Item Return Date

Introduction​

This topic explains how to update an item's return eligibility date within an order. The return date sets the period during which the item can be returned, based on the return policy.

Steps to update an item return date​

  1. Click the Kebab menu.

  2. Click Update the Return Date.
